THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Easement fora right of way easement for the Poplar Street Bridge Project, as more fully set forth in the legal •description attached hereto and made a part hereof.
