A RESOLUTION, GRANTING AN,'.EASEMENT FOR THE
POPLAR STREET, BRIDGE PROJECT.4'
BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Easement fora right of way
easement for the Poplar Street Bridge Project, as more fully set
forth in the legal •description attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of February , 1991.

through the following described real estate, to wit:

Part of Lot 6, Block 8, Parker's Plat of Valley View Acres to the
City of Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southwest Corner of Lot 6, Block 8, Parker's Plat
of Valley View Acres, said point also being on the Easterly
existing right of way line of a public street; thence North
00°51'57" East along said existing right of way line a distance of
303.17 feet to a point; thence in a Northerly direction along said
existing right of way line on a curve to the right having a radius
of 20.00 feet a distance of 5.37 feet to a point on the Southerly
proposed right of way line of Poplar Street for the point of
beginning; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the Southerly
existing right of way line of Poplar Street on a curve to the right
having a radius of 20.00 feet a distance of 26.25 feet to a point;
thence South 88°32'45" East along said existing right of way line
a distance of 148.34 feet to the Northeast Corner of Lot 6, Block
8, Parker's Plat of Valley View Acres; thence South 26°40'00" West
along the East line of Lot 6, Block 8, Parker's Plat of Valley View
Acres a distance of .32.04 feet to a point on the Southerly proposed
right of way line of Poplar Street; thence North 88°53'03" West

L. Thomas. City Clerk, of the City of Fayetteville. a municipal
corporation, for the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal corporation, the grantee,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell and convey to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a
municipal corporation, a perpetual easement for the purpose of
constructing, maintaining, repairing and replacing a public street,
utility lines, sidewalks, and drainage structures, to -wit:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT The City of Fayetteville,. Arkansas, a municipal corporation,
for and in consideration of One Dollar
( $1.00 ), and other valuable considerations, to cash in hand paid by the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does
hereby give and grant to the City of _Fayetteville , Arkansas, its successors and
assigns an exclusive temporary right of way and temporary easement for the sole purposes
necessary for Highway Construction, Job No. 4966 , together with free Ingres
and egress, to, across, through and over the following lands situated in the County of
Washington . State of Arkansas:

of Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly proposed right of way line of
Poplar Street, said point being 35.00 feet right of and perpendicular
to Centerline Station 23+45.00; thence South 01° 06' 57" West a distance
of 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 88° 53' 03" West a distance of
25.00 feet to a point, thence North 01° 06' 57" West a distance of 10.00
feet to a point on the Southerly proposed right of way line of Poplar
Street; thence South 88° 53' 03' East along said proposed right of "way
line a distance of 25.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing
250 square feet more or less.
