A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REINSTATEMENT OF
FIVE RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE TRUCK DRIVER
POSITIONS FOR 1991 AND 1992, AND APPROVAL OF A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REMAINING
1991 SALARIES AND WAGES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
the reinstatement of five residential solid waste truck driver
positions for the years 1991 and 1992.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby approves a
budget adjustment in the amount of $130,920 from the Solid Waste
Disposal, Acct. No. 550-502-5-316.00 to increase the Commercial
Collection salary accounts 550-501-5-100.00 thru 550-501-5-109.01
in the amount of $23,437.00 and the Residential Collection salary
accounts 550-502-5-100.00 thru 550-502-5-109.01 in the amount of
$107,483.00. A copy of the budget adjustment for approval is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
