RESOLUTION NO. 183-91
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE
MCDERMOTT, WILL & EMERY FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN
THE INCINERATOR PROJECT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
payment in the amount of $16,500.91 to McDermott, Will & Emery Law
Firm for legal services on the incinerator project for the months
of June and July 1991. A copy of the statement is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
