RESOLUTION NO16-91
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDENDUM TO THE
FAYETTEVILLE HUMANE SOCIETY CONTRACT TO
PROVIDE FUNDING DURING THE SECOND YEAR OF THE
ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an addendum to the Fayetteville
Humane Society's three year contract to provide second year funding
in the amount of $19,040.00 to be paid in twelve equal
installments. A copy of the addendum authorized for execution
hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.

EXHIBIT A
ADDENDUM 1
FAYETTEVILLE HUMANE SOCIETY CONTRACT
ADDENDUM ONE TO PROVIDE FUNDING
DURING THE SECOND YEAR OF THE
ORIGINAL CONTRACT
Amend Section III (A) to read as follows:
"A. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in
this contract, the City hereby agrees to pay the Society
the total sum of nineteen thousand and forth dollars
($19,040) to be paid in twelve (12) equal installments,
each installment to be paid by the twelfth day of each
month. This installment will be renegotiated within 60
days of completion of the new animal shelter and at the
last Fayetteville City Board Meeting of each calendar for
the life of this contract."
