A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1990 COMPREHENSIVE
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby accepts the
1990 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report prepared and presented
by the City'auditors, Coopers and Lybrand. A copy of the report
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
