RESOLUTION NO. 164-91
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF THE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1979,
AT PAR PLUS ACCRUED INTEREST ON NOVEMBER 1,
1991 AND TRANSFER ANY SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
AIRPORT DEPRECIATION AND AIRPORT REVENUE FUNDS
TO THE AIRPORT OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FUND
TO BE USED FOR ANY LAWFUL PURPOSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby call for the
redemption of the Municipal Airport Revenue Bonds, Series 1979 at
par plus accrued interest on November 1, 1991 and transfer any
surplus funds from the Airport Depreciation Fund and Airport
Revenue Fund to the Airport Operation and Maintenance Fund to be
used for any lawful purpose.

The Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
passed Resolution Number 164-91 on September 3, 1991. The
resolution calls for the redemption of all outstanding bonds and
for the payment of any accrued interest on the above referenced
bond issue as of November 1, 1991.
Please initiate the call for redemption and furnish the City with
a copy of the notification to bond holders.
Attached is a copy of Resolution Number 164-91. Should you need
