A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF BEN
ISRAEL V. CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, CIV 90-401, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby agrees to
the settlement of pen Israel v. City of Fayetteville, CIV 90-401,
in the amount of $1,000.00.
