RESOLUTION NO. 115-91
A RESOLUTIONfAUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
QUIT CLAIM DEED TO HAYDEN MCILROY FOR PROPERTY
FRONTING ON CREST DRIVE TO% MEET TANDEM. LOT
REQUIREMENTS .,FOR ! CONDITIONAL :USE REQUEST
BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed to Hayden
Mcllroy for property fronting on Crest Drive to meet tandem lot
requirements for conditional use request before the Planning
Commission. A copy of the deed authorized for execution hereby is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

That The City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to us in hand paid by Hayden
Mcllroy, hereinafter called Grantee, does
hereby grant., sell and quitclaim unto the
said Grantee and Grantee's heirs and
assigns, all its right, title and interest
and claim in and tothe following
described land, situated in

A part of Sequoyah Heights Addition to the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, as shown upon recorded plat thereof, on file in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington County,
Arkansas. Commencing at -the Southeastcorner of Lot Three (3) of said
Addition; thence South 89 degrees 48'00" East 13.89 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence North 1.54 feet to the right-of-way of Crest Drive; thence
Southeasterly with the curve of said right-of-way 14.07 feet to the South line
of said Addition; thence North 89 degrees 48'00" West 11.11 feet to the point
of beginning.
TRACT B
A part of Sequoyah Heights Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as
shown upon the recorded plat thereof, on file in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas. Beginning at
the Southwest corner of Lot Six (6) of said Addition and running thence North
8.86 feet to the right-of-way of Crest Drive; thence Southwesterly with the
curve of said right-of-way 33.76 feet to a point on the South line of said
Addition; thence South 89 degrees 48'00" East 25 feet to the point of
beginning.
