(D) The competitive selection for. such services shall
be conducted by a review committee which shall include
one Board member appointed by the Mayor to serve and
represent
the Board, the City Manager (or
representative), the Chief Financial Officer (or
representative), the involved Department Heads,
appropriate city personnel and may include
professionals, and/or individuals with expertise in the
community. The review committee for each proposed
contiact, shall establish the qualifications and
evaluation criteria necessary for the specific services
to be provided.
