RESOLUTION NO. 628-90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A TEMPORARY CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT,
INC. AS A BACK-UP SERVICE.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a temporary contract between.
the City of Fayetteville and Waste Management, Inc. as a back-up
service for solid waste material disposal at their landfill. A
copy of the contract authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Since this resolution was approved and signed, the
Solid Waste Authority has decided to give up the
idea of a backup plan.
