A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER :N THE
CONTRACT WITH JERRY SWEETSER, INC., ON THE
WALTON ARTS CENTER PARKING SITE.
RFs TT RESOLVED RY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City C.erk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the contract
with Jerry Sweetser, Inc. cn the Walton Arts Center parking site.
A copy of the contract change order authorized for execution
hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
