A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER FOR THE
DOUBLE SPRINGS ROAD AND NORTH GREGG STREET
LIFT STATION ODOR AND CORROSION CONTROL
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the amount
$8,141.00 for improvements to the lift station located at Double
Springs Road and North.Gregg Street to provide an adequate place
for chemical off loading dnd. to accommodate truck traffic and
parking. A copy of the change order authorized for execution
hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
