A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE
MRRORT RESTAURANT LEASE.
TT RESOLVED AY THE ROARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
PAYETTEVTLI.E. ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
approves the assignment of the airport restaurant lease from Ms.
Lorene O'Donnel to Mr. and Mrs. Dale Warren for the remaining
portion of the lease. A copy of :he lease assignment authorized
for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.

ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, 1, the undersigned Assignor, Lorene O'Donnell do
hereby assign, sell, transfer, and convey unto Dale A. and Catherine J.
Warren hereinafter referred to as Assignee, all of my right, title and
interest in and to that certain Lease bearing the date

which said Lease covers the real property commonly known as: The
Aiport Restaurant facility, located in the terminal building at the
Fayetteville Municipal Airport (Drake Fieldi.
It is understood and agreed that the herein Assignee shall assume and
P8)' the rent accruing under the terms of said Lease commencing with
that rental payment due and payable , and each month
thereafter for the full term thereot, and that the herein Assignee
shall be entitled to credit tor all rent paid in advance on said Lease
by the herein Assignor or other persons who have held an interest as
Lessee under the said Lease.

ACCEPTANCE OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
1, or We, the undersigned Assignee, Dale A and Catherine J. Warren,
do hereby accept the above Assignment of Lease and agree to all of the
terms and conditions contained in said Assignment of Lease and in said
Lease, subject to the approval of this Assignment of Lease by the
Lessor.

CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE

do hereby consent to the above Assignment of Lease, including any
options contained therein, and agree to accept the abovenamed Assignee
as Tenant and Lessee in the place and stead of the above named
Assignor. This consent to transfer and assign the Lessee's interest is
not intended to alter, abrogate, or release the obligation of any prior
Lessee as created by the indenture of said Lease.
