RESOLUTION NO. 38-90
A RESOLUTION A"THORIZING PAYMENT 70 THE
NIBLOCK LAW FIRM AND THE MCDERMOTT, WILL &
EMERY LAW FIRM FOR LEGAL SERVICES RENDERED FOR
THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 2-31, 1990 :N THE
INCINERATOR AND FOIA LAWSUITS.
RE fT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF OTRECTORS OF THE CITY OF

Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
payment of 532.079.18 to the Niblock Law Firm for legal services
rendered iri the incinerator project and FOIA Lawsuits for the
period of January 2-31, 199C. A copy of the itemized statement
.authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
payment of $65,517.59 to the McDermott. Will & Emery Law Firm for
legal services rendered in the incinerator project and FOIA
lawsuits for the period of January 2-31, 1990. A copy of the
itemized statement is attached hereto marked Exhibit "B" and made
a part hereof.
