$83,500.00 TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC ACCESS

FAYETTEVTII.E, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute contract to purchase the Ozark
Mountain Sports building in the amount of $83.500.00 for use by
public access television purposes. A copy of the contract
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
