RESOLUTION NO. 194-90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE
MCDERMOTT, WILL & EMERY LAW FIRM FOR LEGAL
SERVICES IN THE INCINERATOR PROJECT AND FOIA
LAWSUITS AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR
A TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
' ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
•
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
payment•1n the amount of $47,949.33 to the McDermott, Will & Emery
Law Firm for legal services on the incinerator project for October,
1990. A copy of the statement is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the transfer of funds from the Reserve for Incinerator
Disengagement Account to the Professional Services Account to pay
for the legal services of the McDermott, Will & Emery Law Firm and
approves the budget adjustment in the amount of $47,949.33. A copy
of the budget adjustment authorized for execution hereby is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
