A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT OF THE
EMINENT DOMAIN CASE OF'CITY OF. FAYETTEVILLE
VS. CARL ROBERTSON, ET AL., CIV 87-1180 FOR
THE AMOUNT OF $315,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
CITY OF
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the James N. McCord, the attorney for the City in the eminent
domain case, City of Fayetteville v. Robertson, et al., CIV 87-
1180, to enter into a settlement of said case for the amount of
$315,000.
