HIGHWAY 156 RIGHT-OF-WAY: • ,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
the land agents to negotiate the•offer,for.-the acquistion of the
right-of-way of Highway 156 (Willoughby Road and City Lake Road) in
an amount not to exceed $115,000.00.
