BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE°CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an award of Bid 90-50 to low bidder Schneider's Uniform Company of North Little Rock for the purchase of 60 semi-automatic pistols for the police department at a cost of $34,944.00. A copy of the bid tabulation authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of $7,454.00.
