RESOLUTION NO. 166-90
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID 1190-59 TO RON
BLACKWELL FORD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Ron Blackwell
Ford in the amount of $37,175.00 for a 1 -ton Utility Vehicle with
a bed and a 1 -ton cab/chassis. A copy of the bid tabulation
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
