A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE MCDERMOTT, WILL & EMERY AND NIBLOCK LAW FIRMS FOR LEGAL SERVICES RENDERED IN THE INCINERATOR PROJECT AND FOIA LAWSUITS AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT 'FOR A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO LEGAL SERVICES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby .authorize payment in the amount of $127,417.16 to the McDermott, Will & Emery Law Firm for legal services rendered on the incinerator project for May, June, July and August, 1990. A copy of the statement is attached hereto and made a part hereof. k Section 2. That Board of Directors hereby authorizes payment in the amount of $5,560.49 for September, 1990 to the Niblock Law Firm for legal servicesrendered in the incinerator project, FOIA lawsuits and Robson lawsuits. A copy of the statement is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. -That the Board of. Directors hereby authorizes the transfer of funds from the Reserve for Incinerator Disengagement Account to the Professional Services Account to pay for the legal services of the McDermott, Will & Emery and the Niblock Law Firms and approves the budget adjustment in the amount of $132,977.65.
