RESOLUTION NO. 151-90
AN RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIGN VARIANCE
APPEAL REQUESTED BY MR. TERRY D. HARPER ON
BEHALF OF DR. BRYAN ABERNATHY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves a
sign variance appeal from the allowable display area of 4 square
feet for a freestanding sign in a R-0 District to a display area
within the range"of 6-12 square feet for a monument style sign in
a R-0 District.
