A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO JAMES MCCORD
FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA,
ET AL. V. E.P.A. CASE AND APPROVAL OF A BUDGET
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVIT.T.F, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approval
payment to James McCord in the amount of $12,387.20 for legal
services in the case of State of Oklahoma,. et al. v. E.P.A.. A
copy of the statement authorized for payment is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
