A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CANCELLATION OF
THE CONTRACT WITH MW COLLECTION SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
staff to exercise the City's option to cancel the contract with MW
Collection Services.
