Home My WebLink About134-90 RESOLUTIONZ RESOLUTION NO. 1i4-901 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE MCDERMOTT, WILL & EMERY AND NIBLOCK LAW FIRMS FOR LEGAL SERVICES RENDERED IN THE INCINERATOR PROJECT AND FOIA LAWSUITS AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO LEGAL SERVICES IN THE INCINERATOR LAW SUIT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. .That the Board of Directors hereby authorize payment in the amount of $49,836.21 to the McDermott, Will & Emery Law Firm for legal services rendered on the incinerator project from April 1-24, 1990. A copy of the statement is attached hereto and made a part hereof. - Section 2. That • Board of Directors hereby authorizes paymentin the amount of $14,748.94 for a time period of July 1- 31, 1990 to the Niblock Law Firm for legal services rendered in the incinerator project and FOIA lawsuits. A copy of the statement is attached,hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the transfer of funds from the Reserve for Incinerator Disengagement Account to the Professional Services Account to pay for the legal services of the McDermott, Will & Emery and the Niblock Law Firms and approves the budget adjustment in the amount of $64,585.15. A. copy of the budget adjustment authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
