RESOLUTION NO. 125-90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE
MCDERMOTT, WILL & EMERY AND NIBLOCK LAW FIRMS
FOR LEGAL SERVICES RENDERED IN THE INCINERATOR
PROJECT AND FOIA LAWSUITS AND APPROVING A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO
LEGAL SERVICES IN THE INCINERATOR LAW SUIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of
payment in the amount of $46,221.17 to
Law Firm for legal services rendered
from March 19-31, 1990. A copy of
hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That
payment in the amount of
1990 through June 30,
services rendered in the
copy of the statement is
Directors hereby authorize
the McDermott, Will & Emery
on the incinerator project
the statement is attached
Board of Directors hereby authorizes
$17,593.00 for a time period of May 1,
1990 to the Niblock Law Firm for legal
incinerator project and FOIA lawsuits. A
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the transfer of funds from the Reserve for Incinerator
Disengagement Account to the Professional Services Account to pay
for the legal services of the McDermott, Will & Emery and the
Niblock Law Firms and approves the budget adjustment in the amount
of $63,814.17. A copy of the budget adjustment authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
