RESOLUTION NO. 121-90
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO
PAY LEGAL FEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS_
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the transfer of funds from the City Attornev's Professional
Services Account, 101-021-5-314.00 to Legal Services Account 101-
021-5-314.01 for legal fees.
Section 2. The Board of Directors hereby approves the
budget adjustment in the amount of $14,000.00. A copy of the
budget adjustment authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of Auqust 1990.
