A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A MOTION FOR STAY AND
PETITION FOR REHEARING IN WHAT IS COMMONLY
REFERRED TO AS THE ILLINOIS RIVER LAWSUIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the attorneyrepresentingthe City of Fayetteville in Oklahoma, et
al vs. EPA and the City of Fayetteville. et al, Nos. 89-9503, 89-
9507 and 89-9516 to file all pleadings necessary in said cases to
apply for a stay of the Court's order and to apply for a rehearing
in the matter.
