A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE FOR L THE
MATERIALS RECOVERY FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the site for the Materials Recovery Facility to be the Futrall
Drive area and authorizes the City Manager to negotiate the
purchase of said site at his discretion.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the City Manager, at his discretion, to negotiate the purchase of
the alternate By-pass area site should negotiations for the
Futrall Drive are site fail.
Section 3. A contract for purchase and sale shall be
presented to the Board of Directors for approval prior to the
City's acquisition of either property.
