RESOLUTION NO. 112-90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FOR REMOVAL OF A BRUSH PILE AND APPROVAL OF A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the transfer of funds from the Street Fund Unreserved Fund Balance
Eor removal of the brush pile at the corner of 15th Street and
Armstrong.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the budget adjustment in the amount of $14,400.00. A copy of the
budget adjustment authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
