A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
TO COVER THE LEGAL FEES REGARDING THE
STANBERRY LAWSUIT AND APPROVAL OF A BUDGET
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the.Board of Directors hereby authorizes
transfer of funds from te Unreserved Fund Balance to cover
legal fees regarding the Stanberry lawsuit.
Section 2. The Board of Directors hereby approves the
budget adjustment in the amount of $17,000.00. A copy of the
budget adjustment authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
