BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes $1,266,610.00 for the purchase of property located between Deane Soloman Road, the U.S. 71 Bypass and lying north of Moore Lane to be used as the North Industrial Park, containing approximately 289.275 acres, more or less.
