RESOLUTION, NO. 105-90
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1 AND
2 FOR WATER AND SEWER RELOCATION PROJECT AT
HIGHWAY 71 AND CATO SPRINGS ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1 and 2 for
water and sewer relocation project at Highway 71 and Cato Springs
Road. A copy of the change orders authorized for execution hereby
is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

Completed and accepted work performed under this item shall be
paid for at the price per linear foot bid in the proposal.
This item shall consist of installing a specified diameter bored
steel casing, as specified, including boring pit, labor,
materials, area cleanup, etc. necessary to complete casing
insatllation as specified. Existing utility locations should be
carefully examined and located. Contractor shall extend existing
16" casing the additional 178 feet to make a 478 foot run of 16"
steel casing installed complete. All work shall be completed
according to this existing contract specifications.
