RESOLUTION NO. 6-90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUMMERCORN COLLECTIVE
COMPANY, INC. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville has approved the Zone
designation of enumeration district 111, Block 6 with the
corporate limits of the city, and;
WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or
enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program
and benefit from the refunds/exemptions as provided in the
Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1989, and;
WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific form
available from ATDC, and;
WHEREAS, Summercorn Collective Company, Inc., to be located
at the northwest corner of the intersection of Vale Avenue and
Cato Springs Road, (Company's present address is 401 Watson,
Favettevilie, Arkansas) has sought to participate in the program
and has been found by the management of the Enterprise Zone
program to be eligible for the benefits thereof, and more
specifically has requested benefits accruing from construction of
the specific facility, and;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT
OF BUSINESS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
ENTTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville has approved Zone

corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville; and
WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or
enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program
and benefit from the refunds/exemptions as provided in the Arkansas
Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1989; and
WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific form
available from AIDC; and
WHEREAS, Summercorn Collective Company, Inc., to be located

Springs Road, (Company's present address is 401 Watson,
Fayetteville, Arkansas) has sought to participate in the program
and has been found by the management of the Enterprise Zone program
to be eligible for the benefits thereof, and more specifically has

WHEREAS, Summercorn Collective Company, Inc., has agreed to
furnish the management of the Enterprise Zone all necessary
information for compliance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. Summercorn Collective Company, Inc., be endorsed by the
City of Fayetteville for benefit from the refunds/exemptions as
provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of
1989, through June 30, 1989.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
