RESOLUTION NO. 1-90
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH RON BLACKWELL
FORD IN BENTONVILLE. ARKANSAS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE TON CREW CAB WITH DUMP BED AND AN
APPROVAL FOR A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT.
IW. lT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Secticn 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract witn Ron Blackwell
Ford in Bentonville, Arkansas for the purchase of a One Ton Crew
Cab Dual Rear Wheel Heavy Duty Cab/Chassis with mounted 3 -way
Tipper Style Dump Bed. A copy of the contract authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
Section 2. The Board of Directors hereby approves a
budget adjustment in the amount of $5,000.00. A copy of the
budget adjustment authorized for approval is attached hereto and
maae a part hereof.
