A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CLAIMS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS AND
AERO -TECH, SERVICES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute payment to Aero -Tech Services,
Inc. in the amount of $7,372.00 in exchange for the Release of
Claim for Retroactive Adjusted Consideration. A copy of the
release authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. The payment of such amount is to be in the
form of a credit to Aero -Tech Services, Inc. towards future rental
payments due the City.

RELEASE OF CLAIM. -FOR RETROACTIVE
ADJUSTED CONSIDERATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS -
That Aero -Tech Services, Inc., for. and in consideration of
the sum of $7,372:00 to be paid by the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a municipal corporation, the receipt of such payment in
the form of a credit to Aero -Tech Services, Inc. towards future
rental payments due the City is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents acknowledge the full and complete settlement of any claim
or demand of any nature, whatsoever that Aero -Tech Services, Inc.,
its successors or assigns, now have against the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, its officers or employees.; growing out of
or in any way related to the retroactive consideration payments
provided for in paragraph 2 of the Modification to Lease and Fixed
.Base Operators Contract dated January 25, 1988, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Release on
