A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH U.S. SPRINT
TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY AND APPROVAL OF A
BID WAIVER FOR FUTURE LONG DISTANCE SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: '
Section 1. That the Mayor and City
authorized and directed to execute • a- contract
Telecommunications for long. distance service.
contract authorized for execution hereby is attached
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

A copy of the

Section 2. The Board of Directors approves the bid waiver
request for future long distance telephone service bids because
any change in service is costly and time consuming.
