RESOLUTION NO.
91-89
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REOUEST OF THE
ARKANSAS AIR MUSEUM BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR
FUNDING OF SALARIES AND UTILITY COSTS FOR THE
AIR MUSEUM AT THE FAYETTEVILLE AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the Mayor and •City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the Arkansas
Air Museum Board of Directors for an annual amount of $25,000.00
pro rated to the end of thet fiscal year to cover salary and
utility costs incurred in the Air Museum in the airport. A copy
of the agreement authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A".and&made ajpart•hereof .I
