A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE
UNIVERSITY OF 'ARKANSAS IN THE COST OF A STUDY
TO COMPARE WATER QUALITY IN MUD CREEK -NOW AND
PRIOR TO THE DISCHARGE OF TREATED SEWAGE FROM
THE CITY.' S_ WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City of Fayetteville approves of the
concept to participate with the University of Arkansas in the cost
of a study to compare water quality in Mud Creek now and prior to
the discharge of treated sewage from the City's wastewater
treatment plant and staff is hereby authorized and directed to
prepare a contract and funding proposal for Board approval
regarding such a study
