A .RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
RECORDS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEViLLE, ARKANSAS:
Section,l, That the Board of Directors hereby approves
destruction of the records and support documents listed in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
That the Board of Directors hereby
autherizq's and directs the City Clerk to destroy said
documenta.
Sectipn3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
and dirOcts the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
destruction affidavit attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and
. •
made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of January, 1989.

We William Martin and Suzanne McWethy, after being
first duly sworn, state:
1. That William Martinis the duly •elected Mayor of
the City of Fayetteville and Suzanne McWethy is the duly
appointed City Clerk of Fayetteville.
That the documents listed in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto .and made a part hereof are being destroyed by the'City
Clerk as authorized by the Fayetteville Board of Directors by
Resolution No. 5-89, adopted on the 17th day of January
1989.
3. That the method of destroying said documents is
shredding, recycling or dumping in sanitary landfill.
