RESOLUTION NO. 49-89

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO
APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES BY
ROY • F. WESTON, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE
INCINERATOR DISENGAGEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves the
budget adjustment reflected in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof to appropriate funds for engineering services
performed by Roy R. Weston, Inc. in connection with the
incinerator disengagement project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of May 1989.
