A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS OF COM-
PETITIVE BIDDING FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN CONNEC-
TION WITH THE INCINERATOR DISENGAGEMENT
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby waives the
requirements of competitive bidding for legal services in
connection with the incinerator disengagement project for the
reason that said requirements are not feasible because the
selection of an attorney involves subjective decision making.
