MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT
This AGREEMENT made this
by and between the City of
called "Fayetteville" and
called "Greenland".
WHEREAS, the parties

Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereinafter
the City of Greenland, hereinafter
hereto have entered into a fire
protection contract dated August 20, 1981, which agreement, as
heretofore modified, is incorporated herein by reference thereto;
and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend and modify said
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows:
1. The aforesaid contract is hereby 'extended through May
31, 1990; provided, Greenland may terminate said contract at the
end of any quarter (September 1, December 1, March 1) prior to the
expiration date •hereof (May 31, 1990) by giving Fayetteville
fifteen (15) days advance written notice of termination. Said
notice shall be sent to:

Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701
2. Paragraph 3 of said contract is modified to read as
follows:
The annual fee for the contract year ending May 31, 1990
t"--- is ---$42,662:007 c-payabileas follows: $21,332:007115on
execution of this Modification of Contract; $10,665.00
on January 1, 1990; and $10,665 on March 1, 1990.
3. All provisions of the contract are incorporated herein
and are hereby modified to conform herewith but in all other
respects are to be and shall continue in full force.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Modifica-
tion of Contract on the day and year first above written.
