A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S
CONTRACT WITH SWEETSER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HELEN, LEE, AND DUNCAN
STREETS TO PROVIDE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
CONCRETE STORM SEWER DISCHARGE BASIN ON DUNCAN
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
•
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the City's
contract with Sweetser Construction Company for improvements to
Helen, Lee, and Duncan. Streets to provide for construction of a
concrete stbrm sewer discharge basin on Duncan Street. A copy of
the contract authorized for execution hereby .is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of April , 1989.
