A RESOLUTION -AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH M.C.W.W.
CORPORATION TO AUTHORIZE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
APPEARANCE OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE FAYETTEVILLE
INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute an.agreement with M.
Corporation authorizing improvements to the appearance
entrance to the Fayetteville Industrial Park. A copy
agreement authorized for execution hereby is attached
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT executed
1989 by and between the
hereinafter called the "City"

, and M.C.W.W. Corporation
hereinafter called the "Owner".
WHEREAS, the Owner holds record title to the real property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "property"); and,
WHEREAS, the Owner's property abuts the Fayetteville
Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to improve the appearance of the
entrance to the Fayetteville Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to allow the City to use the
owner's property for said purpose; and,
WHEREAS, the Owner desires to sell the Owner's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and the Owner hereby agree as
follows:
1. The City, acting through its employees, agents or
independent contractors, shall have the right to enter upon the
owner's property, to remove the fence along the North and East
sides thereof, to mow said property, and to remove the advertising
sign presently on said property.
2. The City shall revise the Fayetteville Industrial Park
map to include the Owner's property.
3. The City shall market the Owner's property for sale along
with the City's property in the Fayetteville Industrial Park.
4. The` City shall advise the Arkansas Industrial Development
Commission of the City's revised property inventory to include the
Owner's property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this agreement has been executed on the
date first above written.
