A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO BEKKA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE VACANT LOT ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE DOWNTOWN SQUARE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Bekka
Development Corporation for the vacant lot on the south side of
the downtown square. A copy of the Quit Claim Deed authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas (Grantor), for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar (1.00), to it in hand paid
by BEKKA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (Grantee), .and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,bargain, sell, convey,
assign, transfer and deliver unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever all of its right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate situated in the City of Fayette-
ville, Washington County, Arkansas, to wit:
Lots Numbered 2, 3 and 14 feet of equal and uniform
width off of the East side of Lot Numbered 4 in Block
Numbered 30 in the original plat of the Town (now City)
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as per plat recorded in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of
Washington County, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee and unto its
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this Quitclaim
Deed to be signed in its name as of this / day of

On this ZT11 day of APCIL , 1989, came before
the undersigned, a Notary Public within and for the County
aforesaid, duly commissioned and acting, the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, William V. Martin, Mayor and Suzanne C. McWethy, City
Clerk, to me well known to be the Grantor in the foregoing
Quitclaim Deed and that they had executed the same for the
consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
