A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER THE CITY'S
CONTRACT WITH SWEETSER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO APPLEBY ROAD TO AUTHORIZE
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF BISHOP
DRIVE AND APPLEBY ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the City's
contract with Sweetser Construction Company for improvements to
Appleby Road to authorize reconstruction of the intersection of
Bishop Drive and Appleby Road. A copy of the change order
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of February , 1989.

Description: Reconstruct the intersection of Appleby Road and Bishop Drive with 520 S.Y.,
6" thick concrete surface with 2" SB -2 Base drainage blanket in accordance with project
specifications.
Purpose of Change Order: Construct intersection surface with proper grades and crowns for
adequate run-off of storm water.
