RESOLUTION NO. 13-89
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING LOT
P IN THE FAYETTEVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK TO
KENNETH PUMMILL AND TOM SUCHECKI, d/b/a TK
ENTERPRISES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a warranty deed 'conveying Lot P
in the Fayetteville Industrial Park to Kenneth Pummill and Tom
Suchecki d/b/a TK Enterprises. A copy of the warranty deed
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
A and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of February , 1989.

WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Municipal
Corporation, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) to it in hand paid by Kenneth Pummill and Tom Suchecki
d/b/a TK Enterprises, does hereby grant, bargain and sell unto the
said TK Enterprises, their heirs and assigns, the following
described land, situate in Washington County, State of Arkansas,
to -wit:
Lot P, Fayetteville Industrial Park Subdivision, as per plat
recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio
Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said land to said Kenneth Pummill and Tom
Suchecki d/b/a TK Enterprises, their heirs and assigns, forever;
and, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, does hereby covenant that
it is lawfully seized of said land and premises, the same is
unincumbered., and it will forever warrant and defend the title to
the said lands against all legal claims whatever.
