A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH DEALERS TRUCK
EQUIPMENT CO., INC. FOR THE PURCHSE OF TWO
SPREADER BODY ASSEMBLIES.
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Dealers Truck
Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase of two spreader body
assemblies in the amount of $13,038.48. A copy of the contract
authorized for execution hereby is attached.hereto-marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof ; 1
