A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE REIMBURSEMENT OF EARNEST
MONEY TO THE LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the Mayor. and 'City. Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to' execute reimbursement of the $50,000.00
earnest money used as a down payment in purchasing the Medark
Building to the Library, Board. The Medark building has been
purchased and closing 'has taken place. : Funds are available
through the Sales Tax Construction Fund for this reimbursement.
PASSED AND APPROVED -this 5th ' day of' December ' 1 , 1989.
